1. Trust deed in case of trust
2. Import-Export code Certificate
3. MoA & AoA in case of company
4. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
5. Details of partners & directors is require and it duly sign by authorize signatory
6. For the manufacturing segment, and copy of proof that the applicant is a manufacturer (SSI Registration, SIA Certification)
7. Preceding year’s export turnover figure certify by a Chartered Accountant is mandatory. And In a case where there were no exports,so NIL certificate to be obtain

 1. Application: The applicants are require to fill a form with respective authority for the registration cum membership certificate of their businesses.

 2. Documentation: But Once the application form is duly complete the applicants are require to attach relative documents and details for their ECS Export Promotion Council registration.
