• User Registration: First take the registration on IPR copyright website and on successful registration Login with User ID and Password.
• Application filing: Application for registration is to be made on Form XIV ( Including Statement of Particulars and Statement of Further Particulars) as prescribed in the first schedule to the Rules.
  Separate applications  made for registration of each work.
• Payment of Fee:But Each application accompanied by the requisite fee prescribed in the second schedule to the Rules.
• Signature / Power of Attorney: The applications  sign by the applicant. The Power of Attorney sign by the party and accepted by the advocate  also be enclosed, if applicable.
• Submission: On completion of all process Submit and get dairy number (acknowledgement).
