How To Apply For A Central Government Contractor licence?
- Visit the Contractors’ Enlistment Management System (CEMS) portal of the Central Public Works Department
- Click on “Contractor’s Login”.
- You can find “Register” under the New Applicant.
- Enter your business name, mobile number, email, business PAN, and the given captcha, and click on “Register”.
- A temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Login is your PAN and enters the temporary password.
- Change the password once you log in.
- Click on “Apply for fresh enlistment” for getting a Central Government Contractor licence.
- Select the “class” and “category”. Please be careful in selecting the same as it cannot be changed and it determines the eligibility for contracts.
- Fill in all the basic, business, financial, and statutory information and upload the scanned copy of the original documents.
