             What is factory license registration

Factory Registration is certification required by MSME’s involved in manufacturing in Delhi. The certification is provided by local authorities under factory act and rules 1948.                    Exemption and Penalties for Factories in Delhi

Industries categorized under the white categories are exempted from obtaining consent from the state pollution control board. Units that are not covered under Red, Orange and Green categories also need not to oblige with SPCB.

                       Penalties For Non- Compliance

• If factories running without consent from local authorities punish with 3 month jail
• if a factory owner is found not fulfilling the state pollution control board then they shall be fined with INR 10,000.
