The Cotton Textile Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) is a government-funded organization in India that promotes the export of cotton textiles and products.

Issuance of RCMC: Once the document verification is done, authority will issue an membership certificate which will be valid for 5 years.

The membership registration cost of cotton textile export promotion council is classified in the following 2 categories.
1. Member Exporter: The TEXPROCIL e-RCMC fee for member exporters is ?17,000 + 18% GST on it.

The RCMC is valid for the period of 5 years from the date of issuance. However members are required to pay an annual membership fee. The renewal fee for e-RCMC are as follows:

Note:- Non-renewal of membership will result in automatic cancellation of
