                              Procedure of TEXPROCIL Registration

Fill out the RCMC application form: The application form can be fill the from on DGFT website. the form should be filled out and submitted to the along with the required documents.

Submit required documents: The required documents typically include a copy of the PAN card, GST registration certificate, and export registration certificate (if applicable).

Payment of fees: The fees for TEXPROCIL RCMC registration can be paid online at the of submission of form.

Issuance of RCMC: Once the document verification is done, authority will issue an membership certificate which will be valid for 5 years.

The following documents are required for both merchants and manufacturer-merchants.

1. IEC code issued by DGFT
2. MoA & AOA in case of company
3. PAN & GST Number (if applicable)
4. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
5. List & details of directors in case of company
6. List of partners with their contact details in case of partnership firm
7. In case of co-op society (By laws, List of Committee members with their contact details.)
8. In case of Trust: Trust deed, List of trustees with their contact details
9. In case of Proprietor: Age Proof of Proprietor i.e. PAN card, Passport

Additional documents For manufacturer Exporters:

• certificate issued by DIC, SSI, MOC (SIA)/MSME certificate

Additional document required for Member Exporters:

• CAs certificate for export turnover

                           TEXPROCIL membership Fee

The membership registration cost of cotton textile export promotion council is classified in the following 2 categories.

1. Member Exporter: The TEXPROCIL e-RCMC fee for member exporters is ?17,000 + 18% GST on it.

2. Registered Textile Exporter: The TEXPROCIL e-RCMC fee for member exporters is ?9,000 + 18% GST on it.

                                              Renewal & Validity

The RCMC is valid for the period of 5 years from the date of issuance. However members are required to pay an annual membership fee. The renewal fee for e-RCMC are as follows:

the Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC).
